font-size: 25px; padding: 0px 55px; margin: 0px;">1.土地競得人取得該宗地后，需與永寧縣自然資源局簽訂《國有建設(shè)用地使用權(quán)出讓合同》，根據(jù)合同約定按時足額繳納土地出讓金。與閩寧鎮(zhèn)人民政府簽訂《產(chǎn)業(yè)項目“標(biāo)準(zhǔn)地”投資建設(shè)協(xié)議》，明確標(biāo)準(zhǔn)地“3+X”控制性指標(biāo)，其他未盡事宜按照《自治區(qū)人民政府辦公廳關(guān)于推進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)用地“標(biāo)準(zhǔn)地”出讓的實施意見》（寧政辦規(guī)發(fā)〔2021〕10號）文件執(zhí)行。2.成交價款不含契稅。</p><p style="text-align: justify;
